HABITS TO HELP YOU WIN

You are first

  • Put your well being as priority
  • Take responsibility for your feelings, body, mind.
  • Do not blame others if you are not well, work on your improvement. Take action.
  • Move dayly – walk, run, stretch do strength training
  • Eat well, sleep well, be with others. Do not isolate, do not overwork
  • Learn to observe, control your mind, mediate to stabilize your mind

Thankfulness

  • Practice thankfulness and gratitude for what you have, what life is giving you
  • Love yourself with all imperfections

Protect your time, energy, emotional well being

  • Know your limits, set clear boundaries
  • When dealing with emotionally charged stories – f.e. from a friend stay grounded, compassionate but do not take on others emotions. Create imaginary buble around you. Visualize negative energy leaving your body.

Cultivate Growth Mindset

  • See each situation as a teaching lesson that carries a learning for you. Reframe discomfort as a teacher not a burden
  • Be  proactive not reactive, search for concrete, realistic solutions to your needs. Do not expect others to solve it for you. Take actions.
  • View challenges as opportunities. Reframe difficult tasks as growth opportunities.
  • Price yourself for the effort not results – they are often hard to predict.
  • Get crystal clear on what problem you are solving, define what success looks like
